What's the difference between extract and split modes?
Extract creates a single PDF containing only the pages you select. Split by ranges creates multiple PDFs based on the ranges you enter (e.g., "1-3, 5-7" produces two PDFs). Individual creates one PDF per page.
How do I select pages?
Click any page thumbnail to toggle its selection. Use the "Select All" or "Clear" buttons in the stats bar for bulk actions. Selected pages are highlighted with a check mark.
How do page ranges work?
In "ranges" mode, use a comma-separated list. Each range becomes a separate PDF. Examples: "1-5" = one PDF with pages 1-5, "1, 3, 5" = one PDF with those three pages, "1-3, 7-9" = two PDFs.
Are my files safe?
Yes. All processing happens in your browser using pdf-lib and pdfjs-dist. Your PDF never leaves your device.
